The core of our Healthcare Sector team has either been drawn from within the sector or has wide experience of delivering projects to the sector. Our team covers all elements from pharmaceuticals to medical equipment and disposables, as a result they understand the changes affecting the sector and the resulting sales challenges. When building any project-team we have the flexibility to include people drawn from other industry sectors, meaning that new approaches and fresh insights can be brought to bear, avoiding any risk of complacency. Our team is led by Alison Morris, who has over 10 years experience of working within the Healthcare sector to bring real improvements in sales results. Alison will be happy to work with you to ensure you get the project-team you want.
