Marius Decuseara-Brandenburg is a senior partner and Business Development Manager with Trend Consult. He joined the firm in 2007 after over 12 years of working in sales.

Marius joined Reuters Romania in 1995 as a Sales Assistant and went on to become Sales Executive and then Marketing Manager within the same company. His last position prior to joining Trend Consult was as Head of Risk Solutions, Southeast Europe with Reuters based in Romania.

While Head of Risk Solutions, Marius formed and coordinated different teams of consultants that managed Reuters’s business regionally.

He joined Trend Consult in 2007 and has since then delivered consultancy and training programs to several of the company’s clients such as ING Bank, Ursus Breweries and Romania Data Systems.

In 2007, Marius was certified by Huthwaite International for delivering the SPIN^® Selling Skills program.
