Lisa works as Business Development Manager, heading a team of consultants to deliver maximum value to clients through designing and developing behaviour change solutions that meet their business needs. She is thoroughly client orientated and driven by both personal and team achievements and works closely with her clients and her team to ensure maximum return on investment. Prior to her role as Business Development Manager, Lisa worked as Business Development Consultant, and uses her expertise in selling, designing and implementing global projects to a range of clients across different sectors to inform and enhance client projects. Before joining Huthwaite, Lisa had a successful 15 year career in sales and sales management for a FTSE 100 company, and so has extensive experience of working at the sharp end.

Lisa lives in West Yorkshire with her husband and son and includes horse riding and boating as her hobbies. Lisa has a BA hons degree from Lancaster University.
