Julian's role at Huthwaite International is as a classroom trainer and coach. He joined the Huthwaite group in 2008 and became very quickly capable of delivering the full range of the group's commercial skills, from major account selling and negotiating through to its suite of customer service programmes.

As a team member for clients that include IBM, SKF and BP, he plays a key delivery role in some of Huthwaite's most challenging international projects. This work has seen him deliver programmes in a range of northern and eastern European countries, North Africa, the Middle East, USA and as far afield as Pakistan and Indonesia.

Julian's relaxed style of delivery, which encourages enthusiastic participation, appeals to all different levels within organisations.

Prior to joining the Huthwaite group he worked in a variety of business training and coaching roles, and also had a brief spell as a diving instructor.

Born and educated in Lancashire, Julian has now crossed the Pennines and currently resides in Leeds, Yorkshire. He has a keen interest in sports and participates, slowly, in road running for a local club.
