As head of Huthwaite Japan, Ito is responsible for the team of consultants there, developing new business locally and working on international implementations as part of Huthwaite International.

In the 15 years since joining the Huthwaite group, he has worked on projects in various industries, including IBM, NEC, Microsoft, Citibank, Exxon Mobil, Nihon Life Insurance and others.

Ito's background is as a sales manager in Shipbuilding and Engineering and in the management of an IT company and management consulting firm. He has 18 years' field experience in management consultant and training. His experience is international, having worked in USA and England.
