Guy Aston - Business Director for Mid markets

Guy has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing and has specialised in the SME market for the last 17 years. Over this time, Guy has witnessed a host of market changes affecting SMEs - some which are unique to this market area and some more universal changes which affect even the largest of corporations. What Guy has found, in his role as Mid-Markets Business Director, is that much of the skills development Huthwaite offers to multinationals is just as valuable for SMEs and is delighted to be able to provide them with the same quality solutions. In business as in life, Guy brings enthusiasm and energy to all his interactions.


Previous to joining Huthwaite, Guy worked in sales and sales management roles in the manufacturing and IT industries. It was while Guy was working as a sales manager that he first came across SPIN® as he was trained to be a SPIN® coach - he loved it and has been an advocate of SPIN® ever since.
