As an experienced Huthwaite consultant, Cherryl takes a partnership approach with clients to ensure their projects are implemented smoothly and training is delivered effectively to promote positive behaviour change, handling training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.

Through delivering the full range of Huthwaite programmes around the world and for a variety of industries, Cherryl has met with many of the cultural nuances and industry specific issues that affect our clients and enjoys the challenge of working with them.

Cherryl brings energy and life to the training room and firmly believes that 'learning is doing' and uses her interactive style to ensure even the quieter delegate fully participates. Before moving into training and development, Cherryl held positions in both tele-sales and face-to-face sales and brings that sound commercial understanding into the classroom.

Cherryl holds the Certificate in Training Practice qualification.
