Following a successful career in sales and training in Pharmaceuticals Alison joined Huthwaite as a Consultant working across all industry sectors.

She now has the role of Business Director for Healthcare, leading the company's international business development efforts in this area and working with a wide range of companies including research and drug discovery, pharma, equipment, diagnostics and disposables.

An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Alison is a keen advocate of life-long learning and development for all.
