Allen, as Client Services Director, is responsible for all aspects of the implementation of client projects. His team of consultants and trainers work internationally across all business sectors and use their design, behaviour change and project management expertise to ensure the client achieves the best possible result. In addition, Allen works alongside other Huthwaite managers and departments to identify and bring to market new solutions which both influence and respond to client needs. In his spare time Allen likes to keep fit in the gym and is learning to play golf and the piano.
